Dr. José Santiso López is a permanent scientist from CSIC since 2001. He is specialist in epitaxial thin film deposition and characterisation of different materials, mainly perovskite-structure related oxides. He has more than 10 years experience in the thin epitaxial deposition of complex oxides by PLD and MOCVD. In 2007 he joined CIN2 where at present he is responsible for the thin films group. His present research is mainly devoted to thin epitaxial growth of mixed ionic-electronic conducting oxides and multilayers by PLD, their structure characterisation by RHEED and XRD, and high temperature electronic transport properties.
